My goal has always been to make the things I need every day — from a great cup of Coffee in the morning to rich and peppery Olive Oil I can cook with at night. And because the kitchen has always been the beating heart of Flamingo, I wanted them to be the very best, without exception. This set contains all of my personal essentials, and everything in it has been grown, harvested, and made by hand from farms we know and trust. If I ever go and live on a desert island, this is exactly what I’d take with me. These are my tools for a happy life.

Hand-picked from ancient trees that are over then 150 years old. This year’s harvest has a deep green, rich, peppery flavor, with a strong kick and remarkable aftertaste.

Persimmon Vinegar
Sunshine in a bottle. Bright and tart, carefully handmade from Fuyu and Hachiya Persimmons.

Medium Roast Coffee with Tin
A rich dance of toasted Cacao, Toffee, Ripe Cherry, and poised acidity. Sustainably grown in Guatemala and Colombia, and roasted fresh every Tuesday & Thursday.

Salsa Macha
We use this on EVERYTHING. Made with earth smoked Chipotle, Crushed Red Peppers, Garlic, and Big Sur Sea Salt in a base of our Heritage Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Mini Wildflower Honey
100% raw, unfiltered, antioxidant-rich Honey, made with powerful plant compounds from Avocados, Citrus, and Macadamias.
